To use the Service, Clients must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
By accessing a job opportunity via a unique link provided by a Client through the Pragmata platform, the Candidate may be requested to verify their email address and upload a resume (CV). Following verification, the Candidate will receive an email with a secure link to complete an assessment.

We do not guarantee the continuous or error-free operation of the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAGMATA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Pragmata acts as a Data Processor on behalf of our Clients (Data Controllers) with respect to Candidate information processed for recruitment and assessment purposes. Clients determine the purposes and means of processing Candidate personal data.
For Candidate data, the Client is the Data Controller. Pragmata is a Data Controller only for the personal data it collects directly from Clients and website visitors (e.g., account information).

From Candidates:
- Full name and email address
- Resume/CV and employment history
- Audio recordings from assessments (voice interviews)

- Create and manage Client accounts and Candidate profiles
- Enable Clients to post jobs and manage hiring pipelines

With Candidate consent, their profile data may be retained in our candidate database and presented to other Clients for matching with future relevant job openings.
Candidates are prohibited from disclosing confidential third-party information or providing sensitive personal data unrelated to job assessment, such as health, gender, racial or ethnic origin. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the information they share via CVs and voice interviews.
Our platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16.

Pragmata uses artificial intelligence to assist in evaluating Candidates by analyzing interview transcripts and resumes. However, the final assessment and hiring decisions are made solely by Clients. Pragmata is not a high-risk AI system under the EU AI Act and does not perform automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of GDPR Article 22.
